This notice explains what Prabhjot.Org collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have — across the public site, access requests, the newsletter, and the private client and operator portals.
Scope
This notice covers the public Prabhjot.Org website, the access-request and newsletter flows, and the private portals you reach after your account is provisioned (the client portal and the operator console).
Information we collect
- Information you submit: the contact and context details in an access request, and the email address (and optional topics) you give when you subscribe to the newsletter.
- Account & authentication details: the identity information needed to create and secure your account when you’re granted portal access.
- Private portal data: inside the portals, the records tied to your relationship — messages, documents, bookings, wallet and billing activity, and workspace activity.
- Technical & security logs: standard request, device, and security logs used to keep accounts and the service safe.
How we use information
- To respond to your access request and communicate with you.
- To operate the portals and provide the services you engage us for.
- To send the updates and essays you specifically asked for.
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain an audit trail.
- To understand and improve how the site and services work.
How information is shared
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the platform — for hosting, authentication, email delivery, file storage, analytics, payment processing, and security — and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the safety and rights of people and the platform.
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
- We never expose one client’s private data to another — private data lives only inside authenticated portals.
Retention
We keep information only as long as it’s needed to provide the service, secure it, meet legal and audit obligations, and maintain the history of our working relationship. When it’s no longer needed for those purposes, we remove or de-identify it.
Your choices
